BioGenesis uses Win Back for marketing attribution growth

BioGenesis, is a respected wellness and supplement brand known for its science-backed formulas and high customer retention. They were looking for a smarter way to grow loyalty without relying on blanket discounts.

 

The Challenge

Their old sign-up approach relied heavily on automatic discount codes, which affected margins and encouraged customers to wait for sales. Ben needed a more cost-effective way to grow email/SMS opt-ins and encourage recurring orders — especially for subscription and refill customers.

Why They Chose Win Back

Win Back allowed BioGenesis to reward customers in a more meaningful, sustainable way using a single monthly store-credit giveaway, creating excitement without eroding margins.

Implementation

  • Added Win Back as a branded, science-forward on-site experience
  • Integrated with Rebuy Smart Cart to capture high-intent shoppers
  • Enabled Shopify’s new customer accounts for seamless store-credit issuing
  • Replaced old discount-based signup forms entirely
