With a vision to blend B2B and B2C functionalities seamlessly, Tilewave partnered with Alinga to build a modern Shopify Plus store that enhances the user experience and streamlines operations.

Alinga’s Customised Shopify Plus Approach 

Alinga worked closely with Tilewave to design and develop a Shopify Plus platform tailored to their needs. The project began with a detailed strategy and design phase, focusing on creating an appealing and user-friendly interface that meets the expectations of both retail shoppers and trade professionals. Custom functionality was required for Tile units of measure and square metre calculations.

The website was built with blended B2B/B2C functionality, incorporating features such as account-specific pricing, bulk ordering options, and an intuitive catalogue structure. Custom development addressed Tilewave’s unique requirements, including advanced filtering and navigation tools to make browsing more efficient.

Additionally, Klaviyo email marketing was integrated to enhance customer engagement through targeted campaigns and automation. We also provide ongoing support to ensure the platform remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with Tilewave’s long-term goals.
