Willow by the Sea, a nurturing and organic skincare brand, was seeking to leverage the new capabilities of Shopify 2.0 to enhance their online storefront. They required a sophisticated redevelopment to meet the demands of their growing customer base, with a specific focus on optimising their B2B build and implementing advanced merchandising strategies.

We embarked on a strategic redesign and redevelopment, fully utilising the new Shopify Plus B2B functionality. We implemented a robust redevelopment strategy for Willow by the Sea, making full use of the new Shopify 2.0 functionality. The redesign included the integration of Yotpo multi-programme reviews, loyalty programs and subscriptions. We also added tailored merchandising rules for upsell and cross-sell rules through Rebuy and tailored merchandising to support advanced Average Order Value (AOV) and growth strategies.

Every element was customised to resonate with their organic and nurturing brand image.
