While the branding and design were led by Willow & Blake, our role was to develop the Shopify store, implement conversion-driven functionality, and layer in additional CRO & AOV strategies to ensure the launch not only looked amazing but performed!

Alinga’s Strategic Enhancements

At Alinga, we worked hand-in-hand with the Bouf team to build a full Shopify Plus experience that aligned perfectly with their creative direction while delivering the technical performance required for a major product launch.
We rebuilt the entire store using Shopify 2.0 architecture, implemented CRO-driven layouts, integrated Okendo for reviews, and leveraged Rebuy Merchandising to maximise AOV.
Our development ensured Bouf launched with a platform engineered for speed, scale, and high-volume traffic.
