When you are using email, you can perform direct marketing tactics, which are quick and cost-effective, getting results and increasing your current business, as well as using tools that encourage new business, such as social referrals, forward captures and referral schemes. You can capture data using rich survey tools or landing forms, and have all this information populated into your database for you without any extra effort at all.

Effective email marketing works, increasing brand awareness and engaging your customers on a regular basis, but,  profiling your customers are the best ways to bring your campaigns to life and deliver results, and this is where different email formats in the industry leading to platform and provide professional advice and guidance comes in. We strongly agree to email marketing, and believes that it can provide all the benefits above, but at the same time aims to ensure that you are getting the best out of your marketing activity and expenses. There have been too many companies that are missing out on an easy but valuable resource, collecting visitor email addresses. Invite your site visitors to sign up for newsletters or to be notified of special offers and services.

The important thing to remember, if you are collecting email addresses is to have a privacy policy. Full disclosure on the use of all information you are collecting is imperative. A privacy policy is a consumer confidence builder. Just as important, if you don’t have a privacy policy, you don’t legally own this part of your client database. A properly structured email message provides this benefit to the marketer because it provides benefits to consumers as well
