nat’v isn’t one of your average apparel brands trying desperately to tick a sustainability box. We’re not backpedaling or looking for sustainable shortcuts to catch up and keep up with the bare minimum that is expected these days. Our purpose is to make basics that are better for people and the planet, so having that simple sounding goal at the centre of every decision we make is how we stay on track.
We worked with this Gold Coast-based client to evolve their brand from a basic Shopify store into a Global Shopify plus superstore. Redeveloped the website and provided Shopify theme development to improve the overall sales and visitation to the site and increasing the Average Order Value through smart upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What we provided
On the sales side, we switched over to Klaviyo and set up the initial flows and store integration. To help increase average order value, we have used various upsell, cross-sell and bundling.With a predominantly mobile focussed customer base, the digital strategy had to translate across multiple platforms. Upon completion of the redevelopment, we now provide our ‘Support and Success’ retainer to ensure their online presence is continually optimised.
