Real estate photography tips

We have prepared the following tips for producing great photos for your property

• Make sure the property is all nice and clean. It's great to create a sense of comfortable living but it needs to clean and uncluttered
• Lighting is important. Our preference is twilight property photography as it provides more dynamic results. Whether your photographing during the day or twilight you need to carefully control the amount of light in a photo and how to shoot inside/outside areas. Exposing for outside and utilising external lights and fill in flash are a great method of creating a neutral exposed photo
• Photograph to sell the property. Shooting creative angles and close ups of features maybe great for magazine and lifestyle publications but when it comes to selling your property you need to shoot the property for the WOW effect. Consider clean spacious interiors, straight lines and good composition
